Our aim is to address the critical gap in nursing skills across Africa, where proficiency often falls below 50%. Our training uses simulators, requiring 90% proficiency for certification, with remedial sessions for continuous improvement.

Partners also implement monthly Continuing Medical Education to reinforce skills. We developed an Advanced NICU module and launched a Master Trainer Program to build local capacity and ensure sustainable clinical education.
